APABA Law Student Mentoring Program

The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida has kindly extended an invitation to Nova Law students to join their mentoring program. It is a great opportunity to network and get advise from successful attorneys. The program kicks off with their Minority Mentoring Picnic on October 9, but applications are due October 1

Brain Scan Admitted as Evidence



A woman in India was convicted of murder based on evidence that included a brain scan. India has become the first country to convict a person of a crime using evidence from the Brain Electrical Oscillations Signature test.
