APABA Law Student Mentoring Program

The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida has kindly extended an invitation to Nova Law students to join their mentoring program. It is a great opportunity to network and get advise from successful attorneys. The program kicks off with their Minority Mentoring Picnic on October 9, but applications are due October 1.

Brain Scan Admitted as Evidence

A woman in India was convicted of murder based on evidence that included a brain scan. India has become the first country to convict a person of a crime using evidence from the Brain Electrical Oscillations Signature test.
